Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern, exceeding expectations for a US hotel chain. Being next to the pool was a nice plus. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Albany Medical Center making it perfect for visiting our med school student. The service was excellent, especially with pre-arranged transportation and an on-site restaurant.
